the notes on the album. He spoke inbetween the songs, and each time was
very brief and well done. Does anyone know what other films he has
 appeared in?

Phil also appeared in the movie "Zulu Dawn" where he plays a British
quartermaster assistant that gets stomped by the Zulus (along with the rest
of the regiment) at the Battle of Isandlawhana (1879). It still ranks as the
most crushing defeat ever inflicted on a modern army by indiginous troops.

Phil also did an LP or two with hs band The Cross (not the Roger Taylor
Cross).
