   (laughing)  Yeah, those were quiet windmills.  The way I understand
it, he didn't even play guitar on the 1989 Tour... just kind of went
through the motions (including windmills), and had someone else do the
lead work.  But I guess he recovered sufficiently for the Psycho Tour.
	As for the windmill, like Lev was saying, I think it's determined by
how fast Pete's arm speed.  On some early video I've seen, he raises
his arm above the guitar and drops it on the strings... obviously he
was hitting the strings but his arm speed was far more deliberate.
	As for those really fast windmills, well, to be generous, maybe Pete
was just winding up before hitting the strings, like Satchel Paige used
to before throwing the ball.  Anyway, the windmill is Pete's trademark,
and it looks damn impressive when he does it.
