I gotta tell ya,,,after countless times of seeing the Who,and never
really watching John for any length of time(after all who ya gonna watch
Moonie--Pete--or John) I've missed a hell of alot. He was
magnificent!!!! You all have see the Who, in stadiums ,in arenas,but
never,never can you believe the feeling of seeing John (or any of them)
from 5 ft away from the stage. I mean, it was Tuesday nites at the
Marquee Club all over again---extreme maximum R&B---
      The band was real good,,but I was there to see the Ox,,and believe
me, he didn't dissapoint! You all know the set list by now--but I think
John brought his Who equiptment to the show--thats how LOUD it was,,but
hey--I'm a whoman,,,the volume was fine.(After all they were
acknowledged by Guiness Book as the loudest rock band of all---and hahah
rightfully so !). The Who stuff was tremendous,however I didn't really
go for his own stuff--I wanted My Size and Shakin All Over -but what the
heck, for this 1 nite I had almost everthing,,,
