On this date back in 1982 The Who played to what was billed at the time as
the Final Concert of their farewell tour. It happened 14 years ago today
December 17, 1982 at Toronto's Maple Leaf Gardens. This show was broadcast
around the world on radio and TV. Thank GOD that this really wasn't the
case and that we'll hopefully have many more years of The Who to enjoy on
tour and maybe even on record.
