I like the CD, but I have to say the picture of Pete with heavy make-up to
the left of the notes for Sheraton Gibson just creeps me right out. 
Reminds me of the first time I saw A Clockwork Orange, which was in not a 
good time.

I'm a bit surprised the synth parts weren't done with a negative decay so
that they'd sound like they were recorded backwards, making it even
trippier.  I like the new version, at that speed, it sounds much more like
Baba O'Riley with that chord progression, a comparison I never made with
the original version. 
 
What I really want to know is why I can get CWSTSSFS here a couple of days 
after it's release in the States, but I still can't get the new Tommy, 
and the only person at a record store that didn't hand me the 'Newly 
remastered by Pete Townshend' when I asked about the new Tommy said it 
isn't scheduled until the 29th, when the CD-ROM comes out.  At least it's 
only a couple of days now.
