Now we're all used to seeing these sorts of rumours crop up from time to time
but remember the interview our own Mr McKendree did with JAE back in September
1994 where JAE said that the Daltrey Sings Townshend tour was being done to keep
the music going and "to prepare for what might happen in the future". I always
wondered what he meant by that last comment....

The answer may be progress. I suspect that fewer people these days listen to
the radio when faced with a plethora of hi-tech alternative forms of
entertainment.

One of the few Aussie bands I could tolerate - surprised (and pleased) to hear
that the song is known outside this country.

Congrats to everyone with Pete tix - I am extremely jealous! I wonder how close
Boeing et al are to creating the sort of aircraft that would get Pete to
Australia....
