My sympathies to those who didn't get tickets.  I've been in that situation
more times than I care to remember.  Couldn't believe how quickly both shows
sold out.  We got in the first time at 9:59 (EDT), got the allotted four, and
a second time at 10:12, hoping to score extras for any of the list who
couldn't order tickets for whatever reason.  But by then, all were gone.  I
just hope true fans, not scalpers, got the rest.

For the lucky ones, anyone else going to both shows?  Want to get together
before, after, during?  

New York locals, do you have any recommendations on hotels, etc.?  The
Ritz-Carlton appears to be the closest hotel, possibly just across the
street?  (Walking needs to be limited and I'd like to avoid suicide
cabdrivers as much as possible.)  Anywhere we really have to go (like for
record/book shopping)?  Will have Friday and Saturday days open.  Thanks.
