Quad:Phish ??

Greetings all --and hope to see all you NYers at PT show!!!
   Here is the much promised review of the Quad done by Phish--
The tape quality was fair--w/much of the bass missing -but all in all it
was a good job. Let me say that,though I am familiar w/Phish I have
never heard them. I received the tapes from my nephew who was at the
show and who has almost as many Phish boots as Fang has Who stuff(???)
  They did a true copy of the album,in most respects. Included most of
the background effects as well as the announcements(ie:grand hotel).
Vocals were ok---drums were good(Moon like???hahaha please)--They did a
true rendition of Quad...However the most impressive thing was the
reason that they did it... It seems that for the past 2 yrs on Holloween
Phish plays copies an entire album by another band.It seems the way it
is selected is by FAN voting!!! So there must be lots of Who fans in the
Phish fandom--Unfortunatly it took them 2 yrs to get it right as the 1st
yr they did the white album by the----well you know,,,,,,,,,,,
 So thats the deal--anyone wanting a copy of the Phish version Email me
off the list and we will make arrangements-----
