I remember PT interviews from this period where he said that he thought the
shift from singles to albums had been a mistake, and that The Who were
deliberately releasing a series of non-album singles - Let's See Action,
Join Together, Relay (when did it become 'The' Relay BTW ?), in an attempt
to re-emphasise the importance of singles. Another Townshend whim...
