I just started hearing ads for this today on the radio.  Here in Detroit, it
starts next Tuesday on a local channel that shows mostly syndicated stuff so
it could probably be on any channel anywhere else.  They actually play a
snippet of Townshend saying, "You gotta be the first one up there smashing
your guitar," and mention the Who specifically in the ad.  I think they call
it a ten-hour mini-series.  Thats all I know.  Doug
