kilburn/shepperton

the 12/15/77 show was at the kilburn gaumont theater,   kilburn is a area of
london.    this show was really bad.  pete was not into it at all.    the
performance was pretty much  unusable.
the shepperton studios show was on may 27, 78  and was set up (as was
kilburn) by jeff stein to get good footage of baba o riley and won't get
fooled again, to use for the kids are alright movie.   the who played other
songs in between takes, while the cameras were reloading at the shepperton
show.   
other songs played included can't explain, summertime blues,
i think squeeze box,  as well as several takes of baba and wgfa.
as can be seen from the film,  pete was much more into this performance than
the previous one.
