Someone wrote questioning the position of "Who Are You" during the '89 tour. That song was usually used to end the first set. Later, when the band started playing shorter shows (ie Cotton Bowl) or in Britain (where the 1st set ended with Tommy) they moved Who Are You to the encore. Hope this helps. - Mason
