A very slight correction. Turns out the Japanese fan
from whom I got the information is a she, not a he.
Whoops!

She also adds that the UDO Festival at which The Who
will be appearing will also have Aerosmith, Paul
Weller and The Red Hot Chili Peppers performing. Looks
likes someone's planning a do for the Japanese branch
of the Mod contingent!
