cerning the upcoming WHO'S NEXT Deluxe CD release
which is tentatively due for release this Spring:

The new issue of Ice landed in my mail box today, with
the track listing. Ice are rarely wrong on these things.

Disc 1

Tracks 1-9: the album from the "original master tapes'
for the first time which have now been located by Jon 
Astley, it says here.

Tracks 10 - 15: Six cuts from the Record Plant
sessions, all in "extended form": Baby Don't You Do It, 
Getting In Tune, Pure & Easy, Love Aint For Keeping, 
Behind Blue Eyes & Wont Get Fooled Again.....The 3 
songs that have been issued before were edited down, 
it says.

Disc 2: Fourteen songs from the Young Vic recorded
April 26, 1971:Love Aint For Keeping, Pure & Easy, 
Young Man Blues, Time Is Passing, Behind Blue Eyes,
I Don't Even Know Myself, Too Much Of Anything, 
Getting In Tune, Bargain, Water, My Generation, Road 
Runner, Naked Eye & Wont Get Fooled Again.

Water & Naked Eye are about 2 mins. & 1 min. longer
than the previous versions.  It says the original show was 
about 95 mins. long, so J.A. cut the few Tommy songs 
to get it just under 80 mins.
