The fact that there is a law against viewing pictures, does not make the
law right.
There are bad laws and good laws -- and prosecutorial discretion. A law in
a free society that treats viewers of pictures that they did not create or
distribute, as criminals is one scary freeking law.
You equate a viewer of pics, with a pedophile. That is like equating a
viewer of a murder, with a murderer. They hypo holds true, whether you like
it or not.
All freedom lovers should be as offended by the government possibly
overreaching in this case and looking into what people view in the privacy
of their own homes, as much as they are offended by child porn.
