Don't look now, but Newt (thought he dropped off the face of the eath) is
painting it as an indictment against the State Department, not the entire
administration.
And, he's not saying it caused the war, but rather that it failed to bring
Europe and the rest of the world on board.
Another attempt at diminishing Powel's power and standing with the US
public.  He's talking the Rumsfeld/Cheney doctrine stronger than anyone
else.  He sounds down right rabid.  When will The Repubs. learn not to
remove his cork.
Who's running the show over there anyway????????
I guess W is out getting new marionette strings installed.
