Steve (in falsetto):  Bista Talent.  How may I direct your call?
Bill:  This is Bill Curbishley.  I would like to speak with the person in 
charge of bookings for The John Entwistle Band.
Steve (still in falsetto):  Just one moment.
Steve (in normal voice):  This is Steve.  I can speak on behalf of The John 
Entwistle Band.
Bill:  Hello, Steve.  I'm...
Steve:  I'm familiar with your work, Mr. Curbishley.
Bill:  Then you probably know that The Who have agreed to perform in New 
York on 20 October.
Steve:  Yes.
Bill:  I understand that you have several bookings for the week before and 
after 20 October.  Is that correct?
Steve:  Yes.
Bill:  I am particulary interested in seeing if you might be able to 
reschedule the shows for the week preceding the 20th.  The Who are 
interested in working together that week.
Steve:  Well, I've already rescheduled 18th gig for the following week, and 
I have moved the start time back to 10pm for our 20th gig.
Bill:  What about the 19th?  Could you reschedule that date?
Steve:  Fuggetaboutit.  We're booked in a casino.  They made me an offer I 
can't refuse.
Bill:  If you give me the name of your contact there, I'll see what I can 
do.  I've been know to be very persuasive with all types of businessmen.
Steve:  Tony Soprano.
Bill:  Fuggetaboutit.  I look forward to meeting you in New York, Steve.
