I see this, and really I'm quite aggressive myself. I like aggression and
anger and snarling and smashing things. But at the same time I don't tend
to point my aggression at other people. Why, because I know how bad it
feels when others point it at me. I tend to follow the Golden Rule pretty
closely.

Webster: Aggression; "1. A forceful action or procedure 2. the practice of
making attacks or encroachments 3. hostile, injurious, or destructive
behavior or outlook esp. when caused by frustration."

The above on lawn furniture while listening to LAL,is good. The above on
The Who, people close to The Who, fellow Who fans, or people in general, is
bad.

No, but I think some treated Pete and others on the BBS in a way that they
wouldn't want to be treated themselves.

>like "I didn't inhale"...CLEARLY a joke but not taken so.

The unfortunate thing to me, is it didn't seem at all like he was joking.
How different things would have been if he had just said...."that was a joke
!". I would have laughed my ass off and said go Bill go! Instead, I
cringed.
And now? Hell, it's ok to snort Coke!
The fact that Repubs. have voted a former Coke-head into office is something
that still really, really puzzles me.
