Could be.  I understand it's fairly common in the US for older home/property 
owners to have tax problems.  They've bought during a time when they had a 
good income and taxes were low, and now they have less income and taxes have 
increased.

I believe Roger said he might need to sell the trout farm because it took up 
too much of his time.  He can make more money as a singer/actor than he can 
as a farmer.
