It's a made up word.  Where Schizophrenic means a split personality 
(i.e. 2 personalities), Quadrophenic is supposed to mean four 
personalities.  The word Schizophrenic is derived from the ancient 
Greek.  Schiz means "split" or "divided", from which you get "Schism" 
aswell.
"Schizophrenic? I'm bleedin' Quadrophenic!"
