tips from photographers

To those who have been to shows so far on this tour: how
aggressively has security been going after photographers? 

I realize it probably varies from venue to venue, but does
anyone have experiences to share or tips for eluding
detection?  

I would love to bring my SLR in and snap away but my
current plans are (from ORCH row P at Nissan) to bring in a
throw-away one use camera with no flash and 800 speed
film.  Then only take it out toward the end of the show and
use it if the coast seems clear or others are shooting with
point-n-shoots with flash and not getting hassled.....
