I would have assumed that Keith wrote it (since he sings it), like Girl's
Eyes. Of course, it has those distinctive Someone's Coming-type horns.
I really doubt it as written for TOMMY either. As you say, it doesn't come
close to fitting. I think the name was taken to be reused.
