Sigh! We had nearly three weeks without any flame war on this list, and now we
have nonsense like this. Keep peace, pals... :-)

Without knowing the `context', I got the impression that Lauren just wanted to
point out that someone PRIVATELY calls her public notes `drivel'. This way,
she doesn't embarass herself - she rather defends herself against being
censored somehow. You know, we had similar things like that before... (Of
course, you didn't ask her to stop posting off-topic matter, but at least you
seemed to suggest it.)
And as far as I remember her recent postings, she seems to be right: Many of
her notes were interesting to read, far from being `drivel'. If you call her
most recent thoughts about how to get to MSG etc. `drivel', well, then you are
at the very moment on the wrong list: Many people here are planning for the
concerts at HP & MSG right now, seeking tickets, organizing meetings,
expressing their excitement, etc. That's fine with me (and many others, I
think). And even if I receive hundreds of messages like `hooray, got my
tickets', `darn, already sold old' next Monday, I won't complain...

I'm sorry to have answered on the list, but since you made this dispute public,
I thought that it shouldn't be ignored completely. (I know, I poke my nose
into everything...)
Cheers,
