It's a different problem here.  Roger Mcguinn IS the Byrds. Frank Zappa IS
(was) The Mothers.  Arthur Lee IS Love. Robert Fripp IS King Crimson.  But
Peter ISN'T The Who, Roger ISN'T the Who (but he may have a better chance at
getting away with it as he was the most visible). Plant ISN't Zep, Pagey
ISN'T Zep, even Plant & Page aren't Zep.  
So,
    WHO'S WHO??????
