          Please keep in mind that the term "failure," I believe, is 
          in reference to Townshend's perception of how QUAD was 
          accepted, etc. He termed it a failure.  I imagine the 79 
          film was a chance for Pete to clarify the story (actually, 
          it's a good movie).
