I'd say that it does a good and similar job compared to the original stereo
vinyl. FYI, the MCA version "bands" the songs less logically than the
Polydor, but it does include the "Track Records" runoff at the end, which the
Polydor doesn't. The mono vinyl version (Decca & Polydor/Track) do sound
"muddier" as you mentioned...
