I enjoyed it a lot. I was surprised at the references to images that
appear in Pete's writing and Thw Who's career (to take just one example, he
refers to a nightmare or dream he had about a hrose with a snake living in
its rib cage, which explicitly is mentioned in "Athena" and of which there
are echoes in the split-second shot of snakes sliding around a human
skeleton in the "Acid Queen" in the "tommy" movie). It (to return to
_Horse's_ Neck) also has numerous images which stay with me even after I've
forgotten the plot of the story in which they appear. His prose is as
honest as his lyrics, very good at evoking memories and emotions felt in
all stages of life from childhood to the present.

I suppose you could live as long and enjoy the music just as much if you
never read it, but it's hard to imagine it _not_ being of interest to
Who/Pete fans.
