"McCartney" is my favorite with "RAM" very close.  "Red Rose
Speedway" is also excellent.

While we're on the subject, there was an interesting thread on
rec.music.beatles about McCartney and the Who.  Apparently in a 1980
interview, Paul said that he wrote "Helter Skelter" in response to a
Who song.  The question is, WHICH Who song?  There weren't any
definitive answers with Magic Bus and My Generation only considered.
