Two questions

	I have two questions for all you out there
	
	---first a Van Halen question
		have any of you seen or heard of the 1990 Japanese video 
they put out.  I've seen it advertised and am curious, I do know that Ed 
didn't like the sound quality.

	---second a non-VH question
		Can some of you out there with homepages on the WWW start 
me on the right track on creating one.  I'd like to create one of my own 
(with a section on VH of course) and don't have a clue  Thanks
