I'm a big fan of the Garrett chip (www.giacusa.com) as it's not too aggressive, smoothes your idle,
gives you a 9hp boost, and improves your gas mileage. It's one of the most reliable chips (I just
rolled 100K on my 96 GLX and I've had it in there a year).

I just recently joined the list.  I have a '98 Jetta GLX.  If anyone is
lookin for a perfect intake or exaust to throw in your car, go with
euro-sport.  They make great products for Jettas.  I was looking into
throwing a racing chip into my car.  Should I go with Neuspeed or Jet-chip?
