Sounds like it is a MAF issue, or another emissions component. There are a
few parts that relate to the temp, and the cold start, but the MAF is
heated as well. In cold weather, you may notice the probelm since in the
summer the MAF doesnt need to ne heated. Even if it did not throw a CE
light, I would see if you can get someone to scan the codes for you...
