shift boot
I trimmed my shifter when I first bought the car in 99. I put on an
aftermarket knob, but the boot (trimmed and sewn) keeps falling off it and
looks strange. How can I re-thread the post so I can re-attach a stock
shifter? The tap and die I originally tried was not the correct thread. Need
help please
