usually means moisture of SOME kind, but not always leaks....often, its just 
condensation from water in the oil from cold/hot transitions, etc.  Check for 
visible leaks, coolant levels very carefully, etc...compression check would 
help. Good oil change when oil is plenty hot would clear any condensation.
