You'll need a special tool which turns the piston as well as applies
pressure simultaneously.  Lisle makes one.

You also need to ensure that you check out the warnings in Bentley because
the calipers have self adjusting mechanisms, which can be damaged.  I don't
have it handy right now, but could dig it out overnight if you e-mail me.
