We just covered this a few weeks ago. That high pitched whine that goes off
after 2 minutes or so is you secondary air pump. It is part of your
emmissions system, and comes on at cold start up.....that is why you
normally only hear it in the morning when you first start the car. There is
nothing to be concerned about, it is perfectly normal.....
