Hey Jeremy,
   I have an 8 value with an exhaust and even though our cars are going
to sound completely different I would highly recommend a system from
Techtonics. They are using the Borla muffler and it's awesome. It's
slightly loud with a VR6, but there's is a mid-baffle for an extra 60
bucks that would make it sound sweeeet. I just finished the search for
an exhaust and the only way I was convinced to drop 3 and ahalf bills
was to hear it for myself. Check out borlas website @
http://www.borla.com. I would recommend ordering the techtonics system
from Velocity Sport Tuning (http://www.velocitysport.com/). The other
consideration that would need to think about is whether you want an
aluminized or stainless system. Blorla mufflers are only stainless, but
techtonics has options for the rest of the system being in either
material. I decided to go with stainless, even though it is more apt to
break under stressful conditions, since it won't rust and it's tone is
slightly lower. However, I've heard that aluminized systems last a
really long time even in horrible salty-road winters. Good luck.
