This chart would be almost useless for you- the EGT temp "chart" would vary 
depending on engine and configuration.  EGT gauges are very good at 
determining a perfect air/fuel ratio at a given engine load and RPM- when you 
get to peak EGT, you're there.  Of course, you'd want to run slightly rich 
for fuel cooling of the cylinder head, usually.
