Simple.

Take a hair dryer, and gently warm the sticker, starting at one side and
working toward the other, pull the edge of the offender loose. While
pulling, keep the area you're "working" warm with the dryer. Shouldn't take
long, and any residual goo from the sticker can be removed with WD40. Wax the
area with a good liquid or paste wax, and you're done.
Just be careful not to get the paint too warm, or you could bubble it and
that would be a bad thing.....
Works like a charm.
