My girlfriend told me today that it isn't a good idea to wax a new car. Is this true? My car was made in 3/00 and I picked it up at the end of April. It's now less than 2 months old. Can I wax it yet? She said she has seen wax take the finish off of new cars if they were waxed right away. Please advise...
