Jetta Question

OK back to the Jetta.   I need to replace the rubber ring around the
whip antena.  Its cracking.  I also need to
replace the rubber bushing that cover the pin on the door (your door is
ajar pin).
Two questions
1) where can I get these and what are they called (part# ?)
2) How hard is it to replace. Can I doit myself (If you have not guessed
I am a little nervous about
screwing up.)
