I don't know what it is... but this is so easy, anyone can do it...

All you got to do is turn on your headlights... but instead of turning the
switch ALL the way, just gradually, slowly, move the switch to a "halfway"
position.... Do it close to a wall, so you can see the precise point where
the DRL's go off, and before the headlights come on.
