Yes, those are really funny.  Actually, I'm not sure I've seen the GTI, but
the Passat commercial is just like how I park my Jetta.  Of course, I
usually do that, then come back out when it's time to leave, and someone is
parked right next to me, with hundreds of empty spaces all around us.  Go
figure.

I've always wondered why other car companies can't get a decent advertising
campaign put together.  VW has always had really good ads, going back to at
least the 60's, when they had great posters (and maybe more, it was before
my time).  But ads from most other companies (especially American "cars")
just aren't good.  Oh well, just another reason to like VW's, I guess.

GTI and Passat? I've seen the Jetta one about 10 times and I still laugh my
ass off. I love that commercial.
