i pretty sure most people are referring to the actual business place when 
they say "stealership". at least i know i do. no offense to you because i 
know you guys are only working there and really dont have much control over 
what prices you can charge.  but lets be honest....its like being robbed 
without a gun when you buy parts from a dealership....for example: $12.00 for 
wiper refills (thats just the rubber...not the metal frame that holds the 
rubber) when Pep Boys charges $2-3.00

again...most, if not all, of us are not referring to the employees when we 
say "stealership"
