John, i have the V1, and it does not fit well above the rear view mirror, at least on my 95 Jetta.( Mirror different on later jettas I think?) However it is easy to tap into the sunroof wiring to get power. Gives a nice stealth look. good luck jeff e. 95 Vento VR6 Modded....
