You need the entire front Clip.  Looking at about $2200 for the parts from 
the factory.  
Parts i know you need cause i looke dat this at one time.

1999 1/2 Cabrio Parts Needed
Right Fender
Left Fender
Hood
Grill (4 Pieces in all)
Bumper
Bumper Supports
Bumper
Radiator Support
Cabrio Headlights (300 w/o foglights)(400 with)
Plus i was told there are alot of little pieces needed for it all to be 100%

This is what my dealer told me i would need.
