RE: Jetta GL

Well, on the new body (A4 platform), they have made many many things standard equipment. If you pick up any of your auto magazines, you should see a nice longl ist of standard equipment on the Golf's and Jetta's. So the GL is really all you need for a nice car. And you can always get the dealer to throw in wheels of your choice at no cost, if you are good at dealing. I personally am buying the Golf GLS 1.8t in a few weeks, so... I'm kinda biased on my opinions, but the GL is just fine.

I know this is a GLX mailing list, but does anybody know much about
the Jetta GL? I'm thinking of buying a new car this summer and can't
afford a GLS or GLX and won't be able to for some time. The other
car I'm considering is the Golf GL or GLS. Of these cars, what are
your feelings?

Thanks
