window problems

today i went to open my rear windows and shockingly found out that the right 
rear window would not roll down.  i tried the switch on the dash and the 
switch on the door and also the rolldown feature with the key with no 
success.  

a few questions:

1.  has anyone on the list had this problem before?

2.  how much is a replacement motor for the rear window?

3.  how easy this the job? is it a do it yourself project?

4.  how do you remove the door panel? 

an added note when i hit the switch on the door i hear a clicking noise which 
i think is normal just no movement of the window.
