1.8t swap

how much does a 1.8t cost new ? how much for a transplant ? what do i need 
for the transplant ? i was going to do the old g60 transplant but the 1.8t 
can put out 210hp with a chip and exaust :)damn to temting to pass up also 
with this conversion do you have to use throttle by wire :( i dont want a 
computer controling how much gas i give also would i still be able to use a 
gti tranny i heard cable shifters are crappy?
