Unorthodox makes a pulley system for the VR6, I think they come in a group of 3 pulley's. I have heard about them increasing horsepower, and not having much effect on air, steering etc. I've thought about it for my car, but the labor costs have me thinking twice for now, as I am not a mechanic by any means, and would have to have somebody do that type of job for me.
