Re: plug wires

I changed mine when I put the Schrick VGi manifold on. Super easy, now I have the red ones. 80 bucks from the dealer. Good time to check/change plugs too. You will need the spark plug puller tool. I had a metal one made as the plastic OEM one is a bit of a piece of crap. (Keep in mind I check my plugs AT LEAST once a week...damn NOS!  :)

Hope this helps,

Subject: plug wires

Who has replaced their plug wires? With what, and did you do the work yourself? Is it do-able for the average mechanic (er, that would be me) In a well equipped garage? Any special tools required? Thanks.
